First of all I want to say how insanely blessed I have been this past year. My business is more than I could have ever imagined it would be. I have met clients who have forever changed my life, and who will forever be my friends. I started my business as a hobby, mostly to say I could support my boys if I ever (God forbid) lost my husband. It has grown, and grown and grown. I love having my own studio and meeting new clients every week! That being said I also love my family. I have gotten caught up in trying to be the best I can be, and trying to please everyone. I sometimes have forgotten my family. My boys have come to know supper as ramen noodles or whatever I pick up on my way home from a session. So not what I said would ever happen when they were born! My family has been on the back burner. That has to change. My boys will only be little once!

The last few years have been a learning experience with my business. Have you ever heard that old saying find something your good at and be the best at it? That is part of my plan. I think I have found my knack…I absolutely love babies!!!! I also love weddings and engagements. I know its crazy to get all excited when the bride walks down the isle. I do. I really, really love to share in that special day with a couple! Next year I will specialize more in the areas of newborn and wedding photography. I will not be taking maternity sessions and family sessions will be limited.

Your deposit to hold your session date will be due in full at the time of booking. My minimum order will be $200 and will be due the day of your session. There will be new packages to save you money! There will also be an early bird special. If you order within the first week of your gallery being online you will receive a 10%  discount!!! Newborn sessions will increase in price to $200. I know you will understand, since the minimum amount of time I spend with newborns is 3 hours…not to mention extra time in front of the computer getting their skin tones correct.

Images not purchased 60 days after your gallery goes online will be purged. I simply can not keep everyones pictures. Storage space is at a premium. I have purchased a new proofing system designed to make your life easier. You can now see what your crop will look like on your picture or how it will look in black and white. I have put hundreds of dollars into improvements and I know you will love the new system.

All this being said, I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to my clients and loyal blog readers. Without y’all Kyla Branch Photography would not be where it is today. I am looking forward to a wonderful new year full of ideas, inspirations and new clients.
